Looks inflated and proportionally off at 39, IMO. My opinion would be 36 or, if you find the 36 too small, then go with an older OP39 or current OP41.
My wrist is 7 inches, so smaller than yours, and I think a 36mm watch looks too small on me. I prefer 39-41mm but nothing larger than that. As a general rule, I'd say 36mm is somewhat small for your size wrist.

I normally wear a 40mm dead dweller and the newer 43mm SD as well as my speedy. All “largish” watches. Picked up a new 36mm Explorer today, must say for my wrist it’s certainly a better fit over my 39mm, overall very impressive watch that feels such a nice balance of modern with vintage heritage.
