I think where things often go awry is where someone will purchase an authentic good from Bluefly, but subsequently "return" a fake product, thereby putting it in the Bluefly stock for someone else to purchase.I ordered a pair of booties- final sale meaning no returns. However, the right shoe was a very noticeable DIFFERENT shade than the left. Fortunately they granted me the return BUT with a return fee plus the cost of shipping back. Definitely won’t order from here again. Date of experience: August 21, 202408/22/2024. Complaint Type: Product Issues. Status: Answered. Although I don't know if I'd say their prices are all that good, but to be fair they do get a lot of designer goods that are not easy to find at discount.so everything is relative if you like that sort of thing.
