So you cannot even see the movement on the inside. There are tons of fakes. It is apparently even easy to fake a Panerai, now that the movement is hidden. The one Panerai I owned had very terrible accuracy and ran more like a 0 watch than a true high end watch should. Gained like 20 seconds a day right out of the box and within six months was off by around a minute a day.
People always shit on Panerai for not having in-house movements for years.. but my ETA movement in my 465 and Zenith movement in my 74 are freakin awesome and have given me zero issues.
